Soytasty in Amsterdam

I had a ridiculous experience with the delivery from this restaurant: they delivered my order to some random man outside (in spite of my address being on the second floor). The restaurant offered no apology, no recourse, they only offered that they could resend the order in another 30 minutes (and no, they would not offer any discount for their mistake!) On speaking to the manager, it became apparent that he had not even bothered to speak to his deliveryman, nor cared about keeping me as a customer.

For a business that is entirely based on delivery, I don't know how they can afford to operate in this manner! I will not order from them ever again!

Niet zo lekker, sashimi half bevroren, te weinig soyasaus. Alles eigelijk best onbevredigend.
