Subway in Rotterdam

Horrible. Cold. Soggy. Late. I ordered 3 foot long sandwiches and they arrived 1 hour late, upon arrival they were all the wrong order. On top of this with the complaint over the telephone the man there was very rude to me saying that he would make an extra sandwich and then retracting his statement that he would not send the correct order! If you want to eat a warm lunch on time that is actually what you ordered then do not order at this ridiculous subway shop. There are other subways in Rotterdam with polite employees. Whoever is the franchise owner of this joint on Teilingerstraat 83B, Rotterdam should evaluate his staff’s employment. Especially the manager, who was a man.
