So i just recorded the conversation between me and this company where i fell asleep because they took 1:30 hours to do the delivery at 03:00 AM. My customer lifetime value is 500 - 600 per year and they just lost it because of a missed order of 40 bucks which i was willing to compensate for 15 euro extra to solve the inconvenience..

They didnt agree. So they lost a loyal customer buying at least 40 - 50 per month. Just because they werent willing to come to a mutual agreement. so 1x 40 bucks is valued more than a loyal customer that brings you 10x that revenue? amateurs.

U will go bankrupt. And corona will not be the reason.

Ghetto service and will never be more than a small time 3rd rank burger place. Good luck paying your bills mate.

If you're a tourist? fine buying once but don't expect to receive quality service, just look at the other reviews. rust me

If you would like to have the WORST possible experience of your life, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR IT!

Delivery on average takes over 2 hours with no apology. Terrible quality food, served COLD and under cooked with soggy sides. There is manager who yells at you over the phone with a list of excuses, each one different to the next making no sense at all.

What a miserable restaurant run by awful people with no respect, empathy or customer service etiquette.

Do not waste your time or your money! You will regret it.
