Dear the owner of Grand Cafe Twitter,

My friends and I were expecting a great night reunion and we chose Grand Cafe Twitter thinking it was a good place to talk and spend a good time.
So we did visit the cafe at 1st September 2012, around 9pm.

At first it seemed like a great cafe, we could get a good place to sit under a big speaker, which at the beginning plays Bob Marley music; in an appropriate volume.

Until a group of adults (which we thought was actually the owner of the cafe itself), put up the volume into a not-respectful level. We could not hear our own voice and we needed to "shout" only to talk to the person next to us! We tried to ask the waiter/waitress to put down a bit of the volume, but no success since the same group turned it up again and again! I really don't mind you have music or whatever music you would like to put on; but please keep being respectful to others, especially customers.

We needed to take action at that time, either leave immediately or change the place we sat. Since we still had our drinks and some even just ordered 2nd round, we decided to walk off and sat in the terace though the weather was considered to be cold.

We were disappointed by the volume and that we had to move, but we could not be even more insulted when we passed by the same group of adults and they were only laughing at us when I personally expressed my disappointment in Dutch.

I felt that is not the way you treat people, or customers, or whoever. Does not matter anymore if you have a terrific place/terace or strategic location. When this happens as how you treat guests who come to the cafe; that's it. Will not recommend Grand Cafe Twitter to people who want to have a great time and experience. Will not.
