Ice Pandora

I had a birthday dinner with a friend.

For just 30 bucks a 3 course dinner, I think it's totally worth the money! We recieved a warm welcome from our host (abit over the top but oh well) and lead us to our table.

After having our first beverage (water & white wine) we got ourself into the menucard. I chose the 'rillete' as first course, my friend chose the 'shrimp in garlic-oil'. The rillete tasted good, a well done presentation. The shrimps of my friend were abit so-so, nothing special at all and complained about how small the portion was comparing to my rillete.

Next was our main course! I chose the 'sea bream filet with couscous' and my friend chose the 'tagliatelle'. I would like to say how fast the serving was! Abit suspicious if you ask me.. Does it come out from a microwave??
Nevertheless, it tasted good and so does the presentation.

My friends pasta was good, but she find it abit dry. A sauce or something moist woudn't hurt. The fries, the salad and the potatoes (a big plus!) was nice! Included with the mayonaise.

Finally the dessert, my favorite ending. I chose the 'tiramisu' my friend the 'chocolate'. The dessert: 10! Absolutely. Beautiful presentation and awesome taste.
My friend again complained about how small the portion and wished she had more. My tiramisu came with a small glass, surrounded with mango sauce and pistachio, heaven!

I had a family dinner at this place.
First thought after entering the restaurant: warm and cozyness.

I love restaurants with couches and wooden interior! The restroom was neat and tidy as well, which is very important.

We had to sit on a couch side which was great. I have also noticed that some tables didn't have chairs but puffs. Sitting on a puff? That's backkilling if you ask me.

Nevertheless, we got a young girl as service. You can tell she is a newbie but she was friendly and smiled the whole time.

There was an open kitchen so you can see the all the happenings of goods (or worse) cookery.

The food presentation was good. The taste was good. The price made my wallet bleed. And as for the food portion, I don't think it's worth the money.
