Pastanini in Den Haag

I had a lunch with a friend. We have order pizzas and I have orderd a glass of wine and a glass of tap water. It took a waitress a long time to bring us drinks and she brought me instead of glass a small bottle of tap water. When I went to pay the bill I noticed that I was charged 1 euro for the tap water. When I asked the waiter what is this, instead of giving me an explanation, she told me that I pay water in my household so I should not be so surprised to be charged for the tap water. I tried to explain that this is the first time that a resturant charges me for a tap water. To make this even worse the waiter who brought me water further explained that if she had served me only a glass it would not be charged, but because she brought me a bottle it must be charged. I have told her that indeed I requested a glass and not bottle, and that I understand that they use this “trick” to cheat on customers. Regardless of the quality of food, this is the last time that I visit this fraudulent restaurant.
