Bistro Mama's Vollen Pot in Harderwijk

We came to eat here last night. We had planned to eat elsewhere, but gave it a try because it looked very inviting from the street.
My partner ordered a coke and I, a glass of red wine. The waitress served a bottle of Pepsi. It was not cold and so we had to call her back for ice. The house wine was ok.
My partner ordered a speciality burger. We overstated that it should be very well cooked through. I ordered a pork loin with pepper sauce.
The main courses arrived and a few minutes later, we also were brought fries and a bowl of mixed salad. My partner cut his burger to see that it was medium rare. He really dislikes the sight of blood in meat. The blood was also on the burger bap. At the same time, I cut into the end of the pork loin and tasted a small amount of very dry meat in a congealed pepper sauce. It was awful and really difficult to swallow.
We called the waitress to send it back to the kitchen. Another waiter asked if I like to have pork served medium rare? ... (Pork is not safe to eat unless fully cooked.) She returned a minute later with a second person and the pork loin cut in half. It was raw in the centre. She asked if I wanted this meat cooked again. But as the tail end of the loin was dried out and the centre raw, the meat was spoiled. I said no... I did not want it. My appetite completely lost from the experience. She asked if I would like a plate to eat the salad, but I neither ordered or wanted salad.
I left the restaurant annoyed to go elsewhere. My partner stayed to get his re-cooked burger, which he did not eat as they served it back in the blood stained bun. He had eaten his fries by the time the burger came back.
This was a nasty restaurant experience. Its a shame because it has an inviting ambience.
