De Markies in Amsterdam

We arrived at this establishment because we had eaten here before back in September 2015. The red wine is terrible as it tastes like it's had sparking water added to it. As we were leaving the restaurant, my father got up from the table and the table was already off center and unstable - easy to tip over. And the wait of his hand bumped the table knocking a glass to the floor. We were asked to pay 5 euros for the broken glass. When we refused to pay after pointing out how wobbly the table was, they called there "Asian" friends to come physically restrain us. They threatened to call the police and things became quickly escalated after a broken glass that was tipped over from there wobbly table. I do not recommend this place at all. The food was horrible as well.
