17:00 on a Saturday. You go out for a nice drink with your friends and all expect is to have a relaxed fun time. Instead, you are serviced by a bitter waitress who cannot even bother to answer what the dish of the day is without showing some clear impatience. So you place your order, but your friend who has a bit of accent and asks again for the information and is told that "they can't understand her English" and they will come back just walk away. Eventually, They get your orders placed and are delivered at your table with so little regard that it spills everywhere without an apology.
