Great food, but terrible staff!
They were unable to provide individual bills although the reservation was made for more than 15 people. Of course announced at checkout. No apologies and quite aggressive tone. Obviously they don't care as the only choice in this area is the Steigenberger hotel's restaurant or them. It's a pity as the food is quite good (even if we have been waiting ONE HOUR!). Please change the way you are handling your guests, guys!- Eten & drinken 7
