Granada in Amsterdam

Utterly disappointing! From the start, the waiters were not interested in actually serving us. We had to wait 1,5 hours for food, and even though we had a dinner package including 2 tapas, main dish and dessert, all we received was 1 tapas and the main dish (after 1,5 hours of waiting).

Completely oblivious and unattentive staff. I had never ever seen such low quality service in Amsterdam! We had a bill for all the items that were supposed to be on the table (but weren’t) and had been charged for bread and Fries as well. Ordered drinks and we never received them.

It was also unprofessional to see one of the waiters seating his behind on a table outside while talking to customers. In conclusion, it was a complete waste of money, which is sad because the food (what we managed to get) was okay and the place all together could have potential with better management.
