Thanks to the rebecca team for an enjoyable evening and super tasting überraschung menü. focussing on local ingredients of high quality, with a touch of asian spices, and for me as a german "genious toppings", the best restaurant of texel. Also the cocktails and the wine (south african with a touch of barrique) were great. They also take care in case of allergies and adapt the food to it.
