Bicken in Amsterdam

The menu is complex if one does not read Dutch. The waiter was very helpful. Clearly the kitchen were trying to create artistic and tasty food.The chocolate desert was fantastic, one of the best presentations I have seen My only concern was that I ordered Stroganoff but it was not stroganoff- the meat was a rare cooked cut wirh so much grisstle I could not cut through it. If you are going to market a traditional dish, it needs to follow the traditional dish. Otherwise call it something else!!!
