Mei Wah in Veldhoven

We didn't know what to expect. We had gotten out of an event for our children late and I didn't feel like cooking. What a wonderful experience! The food was wonderful, the wait staff was knowledgeable and the food was amazing! We made it our go to restaurant!! While we were there we found out that it has been open for 45 years and owned by the same owner. The two biggest complaints I have read were about the pricing and small portion sizes. I am from the U.S. (home of the HUGE serving size) and I thought the portion size was really big. We boxed up what was left and had leftovers the next day. The second complaint was about the price. Our bill was under 200 euro, and we had more food than we could eat, plus several drinks for four people. I thought that was a wonderful value, considering the other places we have dined in Eindhoven and Veldhoven; paid more, drank less and been disappointed with the meal and the service.

I think you would be surprised a how great this place is!
