    Very bad attitude to customers in KFC Breda. We are living not far away and come very often to eat through KFC Drive-in. Always the same problem: please go away to the flag pools with the car and we will bring the food in 2-3 minutes, not depending on what we are ordering, we always need to drive away and wait.

    After we stand and wait for 10-15 minutes, sometimes even longer, nobody is coming and we are driving a second time to the Drive-in window and then we see that they saw us and that they start to collect the food in fast mode, while we are standing in front of them and waiting more than 3-5 minutes. After that, they say "Sorry, we didn't see your car in front of the flag pools", but we were the one and only car standing in front of the flag pools in 3 meters from the main front enter/exit.

    When I asked to call the manager, he came and I explained the problem and he said nothing back, except that next time this won't happen. Next time was the same problem.

    5.06.2014 we came for the last time to this terrible place. When they asked to drive away again to the flag pools, I said that I would not drive away and that I would wait in front of the Drive-in window. After that, the angry woman slammed the window shut and the manager came out and started yelling at me that this is the company policy to drive away and wait there for the food. But there were no more customers behind me and while he was yelling at me so loud, that even the baby on the back seat started to cry, I said that I would wait in front of the window and not drive away. He slammed the window shut and went to collect the order.

    Several minutes later, he opened the window angry and threw the food inside the car at me and slammed the window shut again. I started to collect all that was open and he didn't collect the order correctly. I asked for original 2 burgers and he threw in 2 zinger burgers. I knocked on the window, so that somebody would react normally. A woman came to change the burgers and I saw through the window that this manager took the burger boxes from the woman and opened them and spit inside of them and closed them again, and she brought them to me.
