The service is terrible and it takes ages to get a menu, so you have to find your own, then you order drinks and that is slow too.

The fresh OJ is 150 ml (2 sips) if that, and the Italian sandwich comes in stale, 2 day-old (at least) bread. We have been 3 times because this place is near a walking route we like and the first time we left after 20 minutes waiting for a menu and being ignored.

My husband ordered a bacon, cheese and raisin pancake on this particular visit and about 15 minutes later the waiter said "we have no raisins, so do you just want bacon and apple?" He didn't even remember it was cheese not apple.

The menus are greasy and need to be wiped clean. The food is disappointing. The staff are useless. We won't visit again.

My gin and tonic was 95% ice cubes and very little gin and tonic. The toilet was not so clean and there was no toilet paper. The service was okay.

My crab salad sandwich had slimy brown iceberg lettuce. Needed salt and pepper too because it was very plain. My orange juice came in a tiny cup, as did my husband's cappuccino. We had to ask for cutlery and napkins twice. For 19.30 euros for 2 sandwiches and 2 soft drinks we feel it was a poor experience.

This place has gone seriously downhill. The menu is boring and overpriced, the food is bland, the service is dreadful. It used to be good here but now it's just awful. We will never eat/drink here again.

The food here is usually pretty good. It is authentic and there is sufficient choice. The service is very slow and sometimes a waiter will walk right past you even if you are waving for service. The desserts are all ice cream or fruit, which is a bit boring. I would like to try something authentically Indian and not be limited to kulfi. If you want reasonably good Indian food and do not mind lackluster service, Taj Mahal is worth a visit.

The first thing we noticed about the restaurant was the noise. Everyone was seated in a small room at the back and it was so noisy. My partner and I were sitting in the centre of the room and we could barely hear one another. The service was very slow. It took about 20 minutes just to get a menu. The food was good but a bit too over-garnished. I did not need 2 small Brussels sprouts, 4 types of herbs, kiwi slices and goodness knows what else on the plate, although my pheasant serving was very small, so I suppose it helped it look larger. Some potatoes would have been good but out came a bowl of fries with mayonnaise which is fine if you are in McDonalds but not a good match for an upmarket style of dinner. The wine selection was good. The toilets were clean. The prices were reasonable (although the entree servings were small). Overall I was not impressed with this restaurant. The acoustics in the dining room mean you can barely hear anything apart from the loud hubbub of noise from other diners, and if you want something you have to wait a long time for a waiter to come.

Great food and wine choices. We were pleased with what was on the menu, and also pleased with what we got. The staff were knowledgeable about the dishes, and also about the wines - sadly quite rare in Breda. The one gripe I would have is that the restaurant is small and the tables are crammed in, so you can literally reach out and touch the person on the next table. Small restaurants always seem to do this here, which really compromises the comfort. This means a LOT of noise and no privacy. I had to raise my voice so my partner could hear me over everyone else. We would go to Blini Breda again for the delicious food though.
