    We went here with 8 people with a combined bowling and dinner Groupon.

    Bowling:
    We can not recommend the bowling alley: It is not completely straight anymore, so the bowling ball does not roll the way you'd expect it to. Sometimes it stopped working and we had to wait for several minutes while the bowling pins continued to rearrange themselves and bump around. The personnel did not want to enter our names because this would take too much time. Fair enough, especially if this gives us the full hour of bowling that we had booked. We weren't too bothered with the lacking quality of the equipment - we're no professional bowlers and went there to have a good time, and successfully so. The other downside though were the three obnoxious children that belonged to one of the four parties upstairs who kept running around, destroying the lamps and throwing billiard and other equipment around while screaming bloody murder.

    Restaurant:
    Once we were done with the bowling, we went upstairs to have dinner. It was nice, and while half of the meals arrived cold (and obviously were standing around for a while, the sauce had some skin on it that only appears after standing for quite some time), the staff quickly brought a replacement that was slightly warmer. Still not hot, but enjoyable.

    I would not go there again, but can imagine that it would be nicer on a weekday when there are not multiple parties going on simultaneously. We still enjoyed ourselves, so I don't regret that we went there, but had we paid full price I would have been disappointed.

    Thank you for writing a review about your visit at our restaurant. It is always a good thing to hear from the people who visited us.

    Of course it is nice to hear that you've enjoyed your stay with us, but it's also a good thing to hear some critical pointers, so we can improve our services.

    In answer to your remarks about the bowling alley, we can inform you that we are in the process of remodelling our bowling alley and that the points addressed in your review will be taken into account.

    We appologize if our personnel good not find the time to help you enter your names during bowling. We always try to be customer-friendly and instruct our personnel to give our guests the attention they need where possible. In defence of our personnel, it was a busy night and they were trying to divide their attention amongst the guests as good as possible. But we realize that this doesn't change your perception.

    We are sorry that you were displeased by the children of other guests, unfortunately we are not able to correct children of other parties. We can only point disturbing behaviour out to the parents (which we have done) and it is up to them to correct their children. With the exception of extreme behaviour of course.

    All in all thank you for your positive remarks as well as your constructive criticism, we will surely take everything into account and improve ourselves were possible.
